Refund Policy -
At Drop Dead Beauty, all services, deposits, and training fees are non-refundable. We value your time and ours, and we do our best to ensure every client is satisfied with their experience.
If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can address your concerns and determine the best resolution. Corrections may be offered at the discretion of the service provider.
Deposits made for appointments or courses are non-refundable and non-transferable. Missed or canceled appointments without proper notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
We do not offer refunds for services rendered. Retail product returns may be accepted for store credit if unopened and returned within 7 days of purchase, with a receipt.
